Delete your TaskOnTime account

Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)

Open TaskOnTime and sign in (WhatsApp code or email code).
Tap the More tab (bottom right) → Profile.
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Read what will be deleted and tap Delete permanently to confirm.

You are signed out right away, and your account data is deleted within 30 days.

Option 2: Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email us from any address and include your registered mobile number or login email:

We will confirm that the number or email is yours, for example with a one-time code on WhatsApp or by email, reply within 7 days, and finish deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

They stay with the company and show your name as "Deleted user". To erase specific items, ask the company owner/admin, or email us and we will pass it on. • Security logs are kept for up to 1 year, as required by India's DPDP Rules 2025, then deleted. • Backups are overwritten within about 7 days.

Are you a company owner? If you are the only owner of a company, first make another member the owner (More → Members), or email us at dyogesh46@gmail.com to close the company. Closing a company deletes that company's tasks, proofs and history for all its members within 30 days.

Delete some data but keep your account

You can ask us to delete specific data, such as a proof photo, the location coordinates on a proof, or your WhatsApp history, without closing your account. Email dyogesh46@gmail.com with your registered number and what you want removed. To just stop WhatsApp messages, turn them off in More → Profile.

हिंदी में: अकाउंट कैसे डिलीट करें

ऐप से: TaskOnTime खोलें → नीचे More टैब → Profile → Delete account → Delete permanently दबाकर कन्फ़र्म करें। 30 दिन के अंदर आपका डेटा डिलीट हो जाएगा।

ऐप के बिना: dyogesh46@gmail.com पर अपना रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर या लॉगिन ईमेल लिखकर ईमेल करें। हम WhatsApp या ईमेल पर कोड भेजकर कन्फ़र्म करेंगे और 30 दिन में डिलीट कर देंगे।

क्या डिलीट होगा: नाम, मोबाइल नंबर, ईमेल, लॉगिन, नोटिफ़िकेशन टोकन, सेटिंग्स, कंपनी मेंबरशिप।
क्या रहेगा: कंपनी के टास्क, प्रूफ़ और हिस्ट्री उस कंपनी के बिज़नेस रिकॉर्ड हैं। उनमें आपका नाम "Deleted user" दिखेगा। सुरक्षा लॉग कानून के अनुसार 1 साल तक रखे जाते हैं।

कंपनी के मालिक: पहले किसी और को owner बनाएँ या कंपनी बंद करें।
